Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.calmpaw.shop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We'll review your case and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
Important Notes
- We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind
