Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the US is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at info.calmpaw.shop@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away. We reply within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.calmpaw.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns due to change of mind. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
